Please choose your items carefully. The precision nature of our product range means that we can only issue refunds for stock that is returned to us unopened and undamaged. Returned stock must be packaged well.
A handling charge may be applied, and will be considered on a case by case basis.
Pre-ordered items will not be cancellable at any time after production is underway.
Items Ordered from Stock
Refunds are available for all items ordered from stock. The following limitations on refund period apply.
- Change of Mind: Goods must be returned within 30 days of supply
- Incorrect or Defective Supply: Goods must be returned within 30 days of Supply
- Outside of the above dates: Please contact us. We may be able to accept a return with a handling charge.
Items Supplied against a Backorder
Refunds are generally not available for non-stocked items supplied against a customer backorder, unless the goods are incorrect or defective.

- Change of Mind: No Return Accepted
- Outside of the above dates: Please contact us. We may be able to accept a return with a handling charge.
Return Address
Please return all items along with a copy of the invoice and an explanation of the reason for return to the Office & Warehouse address listed on the website.
Responsibility for Shipping Charges
Change-of-mind returns: the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. This includes the shipping charges paid on the original invoice, and any shipping charges incurred for the returned goods.
Incorrect Supply or Defective Goods: Please contact us before shipping the goods back to us. We may decide to issue a credit without return. In all such cases, the original shipping charge will be refunded, or a replacement will be sent at no charge.
