Certificates of conformance must be requested prior to supply, and can be requested either by including notes in your order, or by usng the contact form.

A certificate of conformance is a document that we issue along with a supply of product. The document includes the invoice number, date of supply, and indicates the sample quantity used to ensure the products supplied conform to the specifications.

The certificate does not guarantee that all items in the supply comply. It is a spot check of a small sample to ensure that the supply is not for an entirely different product.

The nature of a CoC means that it can't be issued after the supply has been made, unless you return the product to us so that we can complete the check.
